Accountant
CandidatesPometon, a leading manufacturer of metal powders, grits and granules, is looking for an Accountant to be placed at the Pometon Spain office, located near Barcelona.
Tasks
The role will focus on invoicing, supplier payments, creditors, bank reconciliations for online banking, accounting, monthly tax management (VAT, personal income tax, Intrastat), documentation review for audits, monthly closing review, and service provider management. The working hours will be full-time, Monday through Thursday (8:00 am to 5:00 pm) and Friday (8:00 am to 2:00 pm, flexible).
Skills
The ideal candidate has a diploma in a Master of Science (AFM) or a degree in economics or business, with experience in administrative or accounting. Good level of English is required and excellent knowledge of Spanish. Proficiency with basic IT programs (Office, Word, Excel) is also required. We are seeking a dynamic, practical, proactive individual with the ability to work independently and learn.
