Sabbiatura soffice

La sabbiatura soffice è normalmente usata per pulire e manutenzionare gomma, plastica, vetro e altri tipi di stampi che possono presentare residui di materiale a fine produzione.

E' anche usata per ottenere un leggero effetto sabbia (satin) nella lucidatura estetica.

Pometon offre svariati materiali e granulometrie compatibili con molti materiali e che soddisfino molte esigenze.

Le nostre polveri sono fatte di Ferro (grigio scuro), Ferro ricotto (grigio chiaro) e Acciaio Inox.

La sabbiatura su superfici fini in Alluminio e Ottone spesso richiede un prodotto non aggressivo diverso dal Ferro e dall'acciaio inox. Pometon propone per questo scopo graniglia di Alluminio e Ottone  (da 400 a 1200 micron)

Soft blasting is normally used in order to clean and maintain rubber, plastic, glass and other types of moulds which can present residual of material after production run is finished.

It is also used in providing a light sand effect (satin) in aesthetical finishing.

Blasting on Aluminium and Brass fine surfaces often requires a non aggressive media different from Iron and stainless steel. Pometon propose for this purpose Aluminium and Brass shots (from 400 to 1200 microns)
