Description of the material and main chemical components:Blend of iron powder (type Fersint RI) with Cu, Ni, Mo powders and processed in "diffusion bond" line

Typical applications: Sintered products requiring good hardness and mechanical resistance. Alloying elements provide good resistance after sintering and eventually support subsequent thermal treatments
Main characteristic of the product Type:Presence of Ni, Cu, Mo allow high final structural performances and permit further improvement after thermal treatment
Particle shape:irregular with Ni, Mo, Cu small particles bonded on main Iron particles.
