During last months Pometon has gained substantial market shares in the production of Electrolytic Copper Powders, becoming undisputed worldwide leader in the market.

These powders are particularly used in production of carbon brushes where no comparable alternatives can be adopted from other technologies.

Over last 18 months Pometon has posed high attention to Electrolytic copper powders production. The old production plant of Marghera was transferred  and converted by addition of new equipment. New production capacity was added last September and is now effective with substantial increase of our output and flexibility through the various types.

Due to a peculiar market situation the demand was particularly strong in September. Thanks to the increase of capacity Pometon is now ready to satisfy the market requirements.

We are convinced that Pometon quality and service and market conditions will continue to attract customer to our Electrolytic copper. Therefore Pometon is planning a long term production investment which is already deployed and will give its results next spring 2010
